As an international distributor, Integrity Components is committed to finding the best components in the world at the best available prices and to deliver them with the assurance of excellence. When an exact product match to your request isn`t available, our engineering team allows us to recommend alternative parts with immediate availability. Our engineers will work with your engineering team to help expand your AVL and create more choices for you.
Excellence is also reflected in the expertise provided by the staff. Our procurement team is among the best in the business. Ongoing training and other educational programs keep Integrity team members current on the latest product innovations, market opportunities, sector forecasts and pricing strategies.

The highly trained and experienced team of account managers, purchasing professionals and supporting staff stand ready to service all of your product sourcing needs. The team works 24 hours a day, 5 days a week and is on call at all other times.
SALES
Our sales team is divided into four groups: United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Among this group there are over 10 different
languages spoken to assure that we communicate clearly with all of our customers no matter where they are located.
PURCHASING
Our purchasing team is divided into three groups: United States, Europe and Asia. The purchasing team is on the job 24 hours a day to assure
that we are sourcing the highest quality and lowest priced product anywhere in the world. Integrity Components prides itself on maintaining
long term, high quality relationships with an ever-expanding network of suppliers in all parts of the world. All of our suppliers are subject
to strict measurement under ISO Vendor Qualification and Corrective Action Program. This program assures that we only source from quality
suppliers, which is evidenced by our less than 1% return rate. The program is designed to screen out problem vendors before they become a
problem for our customers and to assure that any problems that may occur with our existing vendors are traced back to the root cause.
Integrity Components then partners with the vendor to find an appropriate solution to assure that the problem doesn`t reoccur.
