Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. All return requests must be submitted in writing to our sales team before returning any merchandise.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@integrityic.com with your invoice number, part number, quantity, and reason for return.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Components must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• All original labels and markings must be present
• No signs of installation, soldering, or use
• Quantity must match the return authorization

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Components that have been installed or used
• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage
• Special order or custom-sourced components
• Items returned without prior written authorization
• Components returned after the 30-day window

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs. The exact fee will be communicated at the time of return authorization.

Defective Components

If you receive defective components, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, credit, or full refund depending on the circumstances. Defective component claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
